We're driving all 62, one at a time, and going strictly by the boundaries of each civic association! Day 1 is Lyon Village. Lyon Village sits just north of Clarendon, bordered by Langston Boulevard (renamed from Lee Highway in 2021 for John M. Langston), Wilson Boulevard, Kirkwood Road, and N Veitch Street. Single-Family (Detached) homes here averaged just under $2.2 million over the past 12 months. That price buys location and the address, and it puts you two blocks from the Clarendon Metro. The Arlington Public Schools boundary map does not follow civic association lines, and some associations split across multiple schools, so verify your address on the APS website to confirm your schools. For example, Lyon Village splits between two elementary schools. Per GreatSchools.org at the time of this video, the elementary schools are Innovation (rated 7) and Arlington Science Focus (rated 10), the middle is Dorothy Hamm (rated 9), and the high is Washington-Liberty (rated 7).
