These are called dark factories. Massive warehouses full of machines working 24/7 in pitch black. They're being built all over China using advanced robotics and AI to control everything from assembly to packaging. The machines use infrared, lidar and machine vision so they can literally see in the dark. This one by Xiaomi has zero employees and produces a new phone every three seconds.
