Meet Greybeard!! 👇🏼 He passed us on the trail (having already hiked from the top of Mount Washington that morning AND still got to the hut 4 hours before we did) and stayed at Mizpah Hut the same night we were there. Dale “Greybeard” Sanders is closing in on the age record for hiking the Appalachian Trail at age 91. He held the record once already at age 82, but then his friend took the title at age 83. So now he’s back to re-claim it! Holds age records for other thru hikes along with the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim, and thru-paddling the Mississippi River… twice. He was so inspiring, what a privilege to meet this legend!!#creatorsearchinsights
