CAN MUSLIMS GET TO HEAVEN? do Catholics believe that Muslims can be saved Muslims can be saved and if they are saved if a Muslim dies and they again wake up so to speak what that means is that when god judged them god saw that they were invincibly ignorant that they were not culpable for the fact that they were not Christians during their lives and god could still have mercy on them and save them and that salvation is how is this not universalism? it's not universalism because universalism is the belief that everyone is going to be saved we believe to the same thing and that's yeah we reject that that's not what we believe teaches is that it's possible hypothetical the Catholic Church doesn't say that this or this is what's gonna happen has said that it's possible that god can save someone even who is outside of the bounds of the church but it's Jesus that saves them
