Pregnancy isn’t the time to stop building strength, it’s the time to train with intention. ✨ Strong glutes help support your hips and pelvis, improve stability, reduce strain on your lower back, and make everyday movements feel easier as your body changes. The key is choosing pregnancy safe exercises, focusing on quality movement, and adapting as your bump grows. Every trimester looks a little different, and that’s okay. 👉🏻 These are the exact types of workouts you’ll find inside my upcoming StrongHER Pregnancy Program, where I’ll guide you through safe strength training, Pilates, core and pelvic floor work, labor prep, and everything you need for a strong, healthy pregnancy 💕
