My last strength workout before baby girl arrives! I finished my final Strength × Pilates glute workout with exactly how I love to train: starting with compound movements to build strength, then finishing with controlled Pilates isolation work for that final glute burn 🔥 At 38 weeks, my goal is no longer to push for more strength or intensity. From here, I’m shifting my focus toward mobility, stretching, breathing, and relaxation to give my muscles and pelvic floor the opportunity to soften, move, and prepare for birth. 👉🏻 My StrongHER Pregnancy program is coming soon, where I’ll be sharing everything I’ve learned throughout this journey - from strength × Pilates to core and pelvic floor work, mobility, labor prep stretches, and postpartum preparation.
