I always see it curled up asleep on the grass and eating out the bins. We've noticed it hanging in the scree and skanky recently and is out in all weather. The lady was pretty aggressive towards another post about this cat, similar to yours. Yes, he seems to be in pretty poor condition. Last I saw him, he was thin and had a wound on his head.
