Last week I found this neglected cat on the road. His owners had gone on holiday and quite frankly couldn't give a shit about him. They supposedly got him in before they left, but I think we can all agree this is a cat that hasn't just been neglected for a week. He's been neglected for a long time. Instead of taking even an ounce of responsibility for the fact that their cat has been severely neglected and matted to within an inch of his life, they've decided to come for me instead. Shelley, you don't deserve to have animals. I'd rather be overweight than a cruel human. I can change my way, I can do something about it. But you can't change the fact that every single person knows what you've put this animal through and every single person thinks you are a fucking twat. Don't worry guys, the story doesn't end here. I've been tirelessly behind the scenes to get this cat some justice. And I promise you, he will be out of her care. My last hurdle was finding her exact address, but the Facebook gods had my back. It turns out that she'd shared herself on Facebook a few months back. From now on, I'll spend less time cleaning your house and more time checking that your cat is fed, watered, and safe.
