You're communicating with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors, entering and maintaining HR records, using a case management system to track employee requests. And you're escalating any type of complex HR issues when appropriate. So this is beginner friendly, especially for someone who maybe has just of experience with office or administrative spaces. They are requiring at least one year of administrative experience. And with that, they're asking for you to have Microsoft Office skills, communication and organization skills. Bachelor's degree is only preferred, not required. The schedule is full time, remote, working from home, not having to go back into the office.
