curly hair products don't have to be expensive to be good. So here's my drugstore wash routine that's under $20. I have low porosity, thick, medium-coarse, 3b/3c curls. I've been using the Suave Moisture Repair collection. I start with their Moisture Repair sulfate-free shampoo to gently cleanse while hydrating and softening my curls. And my low porosity curls need a little more moisture, so I add the deep moisture mask in the shower so it absorbs better. And I like this line for low porosity curls because it provides lightweight, water-based hydration with ingredients like hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. So after about 5 minutes, I rinse this out and I follow with the conditioner. This adds a lot of slip to my curls, making it really easy to detangle and style them. When your curls are well-hydrated, they look shinier, they get less frizzy, they tangle less, they're more resilient. And that all starts with your wash product. Good curls don't have to be expensive, especially when you can get Suave Moisture Repair at Walmart. I've been using the Suave Moisture Repair collection.
