The best $30 I've ever spent I swear by this thing. Basically, it's like a waterproof lamp that you put in your bathroom, you can put it in the shower. And it is warm, mood lighting for your shower. And if you're doing an everything shower, this probably won't work because you need to see everything. There's multiple settings of how bright you want it to be. You can have it on a cool setting, but you can have it on a warm setting. And I use this every night because you're not using the cool overhead light. That literally puts your body into fight or flight because it reduces your melatonin production. But using a warm, dim light during your shower means that you're helping to produce and tell your brain that it's time to go to sleepy. No more big light in the bathroom.
