Life is too short to let food allergies steal it. ❤️ Last night I went out with one of my friends, and it’s one of those little things about living with food allergies that most people never think about. If I’m going somewhere and I don’t know if they have Evian, San Pellegrino, or imported drinks that I know my body can handle, I’ll usually bring my own. But if they have something I can safely drink, I will 100% buy it and support them. Last night, there was a restaurant across the street from the event that imports drinks from Italy (yes… the one I’ve told you guys about before 😂). So we sprinted over, grabbed a glass bottle of Italian sparkling water, and ran back to the event hoping no one would realize I was carrying in a “wine bottle.” 🍾😂 It made me laugh, but it’s also just another reminder that this is the reality for so many of us. Food allergies and food reactions change how we do things, but they don’t have to stop us from living. Life is way too big and way too beautiful to miss out on because of the cards we’ve been dealt. Sometimes it just means getting a little creative. So go make the memories. Go spend time with your people. Go laugh. Go explore. Whatever battle you’re carrying, don’t let it steal your life. Have the best Saturday, friends. ❤️ #livelifetothefullest #goingout #foodallergies #whatsinmylunchbox #atlantageorgia
