But the longboard? On the same trip, it suddenly felt smooth, comfortable, and effortless. At the skatepark, your longboard suddenly felt useless besides everyone doing tricks. But with a skateboard, one clean kickflip instantly made you part of the session. On a crowded bus, the longboard became awkward, and annoying for everyone. The skateboard fit easily between whole, left the whole aisle free. Downhill, the skateboard started wobbling until you were fighting just to stay on. The longboard handled the same descent with smooth carves and total confidence. When a skateboard wheel broke, replacing it yourself was quick and surprisingly cheap. Longboard wheels were another story. At night, the skateboard gave you tricks, friends, and a perfect street session. At sunset, the longboard gave you speed, freedom, and an unforgettable group ride. In the end, you realize neither board wins everywhere. They simply rule different worlds.
