"Swords & Slippers" is a twisted fairytale action roguelite that turns classic European fairy tales on their head. Instead of helpless princesses waiting for their happy endings, you'll lead a royal rebellion of fierce, weapon-wielding heroines taking the fight directly to an alliance of wicked stepmothers. Each princess has her own combat style, personality, backstory, and relationships, giving the game a playful but surprisingly character-driven edge. (Gematsu) Combat combines fast-paced hack-and-slash action with deckbuilding. You'll dodge, slash, and master different characters while building decks of Ability Cards that create powerful combinations and playstyles. Runs take place across procedurally generated maps, with roguelite progression keeping each attempt different. Between battles, you can return to your castle, manage your squad, and develop relationships through its dating-sim elements.
