He came in carrying almost 2.5 pounds of matted fur but the weight wasn’t the only thing hurting him💔 His coat had become so severely tangled that it was affecting the way he stood and moved. We carefully started removing the mats, one section at a time, knowing that underneath them was fragile skin we hadn’t seen in who knows how long. This wasn’t about giving him the perfect haircut… it was about finally giving this old boy some comfort.
