I'm in my 40s... and I think I just reversed aging.

I got buried alive in warm rice bran… and it was insane. 🪵 Thought it was just a weird Korean spa trend, but 20 minutes in this natural enzyme bath completely blew my mind. Here’s what actually happens to your body: 1️⃣ Insane Natural Heat (No electricity!) The heat comes purely from natural fermentation. 10 minutes in, and you’ll sweat more than running a 5K. 2️⃣ Baby-Soft Skin Instantly When you rinse off, your skin literally feels like silk. The natural enzymes melt away dead skin without any harsh scrubbing. 3️⃣ Knocked Out Sleep Your body gets so deeply relaxed from the heat that I slept like a baby for 9 hours straight that night. 4️⃣ Fair Warning for Claustrophobia It’s heavy on your chest, so if you’re sensitive, ask them to leave your chest uncovered! 🔖 SAVE this post for your next trip to Korea!
