Using an expensive stand mixer as a below average baker

EDIT: I am happy with my mixer and I’m not interested in your opinions on what mixer is better, why kitchen aid is better, how YOU THINK the stand mixer should/shouldn’t work, etc.. This is what I WANTED 😭 some of you are being VERY weird and EXTREMELY condescending. I’m deleting comments 🤷‍♀️ I made Claire Saffitz’s chocolate chip cookies using my new stand mixer.
