Ingredients ¾ cup milk 1 Tbsp active dry yeast ¼ cup warm water ¼ cup sugar 1 tsp salt ¼ cup salted butter, softened 1 egg 3 cups all-purpose flour Directions 1. Heat milk and let cool to lukewarm. 2. Meanwhile, In a large bowl add warm water, sugar, yeast, and stir. Let sit covered for 5-10 minutes or until yeast Is active and bubbly. 3. Stir In egg, butter, salt, and warm milk. 4. Add flour and knead for 3-5 minutes. 5. Place dough In a greased bowl and let cover until doubled, approx. 1 hour. 6. Punch dough down and divide Into 2. Roll each half Into a circle about 10" In diameter and cut Into 8 wedges. Roll up each wedge tightly beginning at the wide end. 7. Place rolls on parchment lined baking sheet and curve Into crescent shape. Cover and let ride another 30-45 minutes until nice and puffy. 8. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. 9.
