I'm gonna suggest it's not only okay to fail. It is essential to fail from time to time because it is such a fabulous learning experience. Number one, no. Two, it means that you are willing to take risks with your careers. You all would not be here, be in the position you are in unless you had terrific capabilities, a great resume. Uh, you guys are gonna do very, very well. So no excuse not to take risks and run the, the, obviously when you take risks, you're the risk of having a failure, a bad patch. And I'm suggesting that that actually is a good thing.
