Noooooo storage 😭😭😭

So I just signed my contract and so I'm in the neighborhood. So I basically went to my school because they said I can come and check my classroom. And I just wanted to let you know that I had a little bit of a teary eyed moment and maybe this is silly and some of you might think it's really silly. But I just pulled up and there's an actual playground. Not just concrete. And there is basketball hoops that have nets on them. They have nets on them. Yeah. Um, it's a big change from me. This is a big change anyway. Let's go check out my classroom. See how cluttered it is. See if it's clean. See how much room I have. Can I have space for my school store? Anyway, let's go check out my classroom. And, um, yeah, I am nervous, but this is going to be a good change. Good change of pace. I love my job and I love my kids in Chicago, but like, kids deserve this everywhere. Like they should have basketball hoops with nets and they should actually have a playground to play on. Anyway, also I get a badge. That lets me in the building. Nobody has to buzz me in. That is nice. Because we did have to clock in and out. So I never went early. But anyway, I spent about an hour there. I'm about to get my nails done. Some updates. Not a ton of storage in the classroom. Whoever left it retired very cleanly, by the way. They have a library. We didn't have that. They have a music and art teacher. I don't even know. We're booshy now. I'm calling work bestie right now. I took all the videos. I'm not gonna post it or anything. I just wanted to send it to my work best friend. And she was like, yeah, Miss Cat, you're about to get, girl, they're teachers lounge. There's a massage chair in there. Anyway, I'm going to my classroom. I have a lot to do. Oh, and apparently you can come in here all summer. So people's stuff is all done. And in my land of the land, they lay the land. Whatever.
