The coolest new restaurant with the most unique ambiance has a dinner menu that’s equally impressive. They’re serving a 32 oz tomahawk steak that is carved, buttered, and torched tableside. It’s a dinner and a show. Other must-order dishes are the traditional ceviche with octopus, fish, and shrimp in an amarillo leche de tigre, the yuca pavé topped with caviar, the blue masa arepa with tender short rib, and the beet salad over a pistachio cream. They also have an impressive drink program. The cocktail menu is divided into three parts and their tequila list is massive. We loved the Arcadian Rhythm (vodka, cucumber, ginger, and cayenne), the Betwixt (gin, lemon & basil), and the Enlightenment (bourbon, egg white, lemon & mango). It was all so good.
