Ever since we lost you on February 6, 2026, I have not been the same. I took my time to process the grief, but some wounds don’t simply disappear. Quietly, I have cried when no one was watching, carried memories that words could not explain, and searched for a way to turn the pain into something that would outlive the moment. That was how A Tale of a Sojourner was born. Your story became the seed of a full stage production of a series of theatrical performances, a story about a sojourner whose journey was cut short, leaving behind love, family, dreams and unfinished chapters. I wrote, directed and produced this production, fuelled by grief, hoping that through my gift and talent, your story would become a legacy. By the grace of God, many gifted hearts, actors, musicians, percussionists, creatives and an incredible team came together to help me bring it to life. Olaiinka Adinigi Saburi, we love you, we miss you, and we will continue to carry your memory. I hope I have honoured you in the best way I could, by turning your story into a legacy that lives beyond you. Your journey may have ended, but your story lives on. Rest peacefully, my brother. God loves you the most. 🤍🕊️ #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp
