Ingredients * 1 lb uncooked rigatoni * 1½–2 lbs chicken, cut into bite-size pieces * 1 (5.2 oz) package Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin * 3½ cups chicken broth * ½ cup heavy cream * ⅓ cup hot honey * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1 tsp Italian seasoning * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp smoked paprika * ½ tsp onion powder * ½ tsp black pepper * ½ tsp salt * 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella * Optional: extra hot honey for drizzling Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Add the dry, uncooked rigatoni to a greased 9x13. 3. Add chicken and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper. 4. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream and hot honey. Stir everything together. 5. Nestle the whole block of Boursin into the center. 6. Cover VERY tightly with foil and bake for about 40 minutes. 7. Remove foil, stir really well so the melted Boursin coats the pasta. Check the rigatoni—if it needs a little longer, cover and give it another 5–10 minutes. 8. Top with mozzarella and bake uncovered 5–10 minutes, until melted and bubbly. 9. Finish with a little hot honey drizzle over the top. Enjoy! #fyp #recipes #dinner
