Delivered is hiring for a deal coordinator, which is one of our negotiators here. And I need your help finding the perfect candidate. Let me explain the role. You are going to be negotiating car deals for our clients. You are going to be hands on not only with the clients themselves, but with the dealership. So when I say no experience needed, there are skills you need, but not experience yourself because we'll teach that on the job, but it is a plus if you do have it. But what we do need you to be is extremely organized. You need to be able to track multiple different deals at multiple different times. You also need to have great customer service skills. People use delivered because they want to have a new car buying experience. So everybody they talk to through delivered should be a top-notch individual. There are four other attributes that I'm looking for. First off is adaptability. We are a startup and things change quickly. We have new processes, new procedures, and we've had our training guide replaced probably five different times as we've learned and as the industry has changed. You need to be adaptable. Second is desire for growth. The people that we are hiring here are the people that I'm hoping to help build this company from the ground up. That being said, you need to have the desire to want to join a startup that you're going to potentially grow with. Third is passion. We are trying to reinvent an industry and that involves us being very passionate for our clients and them taking care of them every step of the way. And I want people that are passionate behind our mission. Fourth is something that I haven't mentioned in a job post before, but I've realized how important it is. It is competitiveness. You need somebody who is competitive. Not only with your teammates, but also with the dealership. We want somebody that's driven to actually want to get a good deal for our client, if only for the reason of beating your last deal, you need to be competitive in order to be successful as a deal coordinator here. Now for benefits. Four day work week, work from home. Monday through Thursday, Tuesday through Friday. And when I mean work from home, I mean work from anywhere. As long as you've got good internet connection and you're delivering results, I don't care. If you want to go work in the Bahamas, go for it.
