The deeper I go within myself, the more it shapes the way I see the world and the people in it. I love to see the beauty in people, but it’s interesting when that same depth of perception means you also notice the parts they may not be ready to see in themselves. People can become surprisingly defensive when they realise you see more than the version of themselves they’re comfortable showing. Sometimes they assume you’re judging them the way they judge themselves, when in reality, seeing something doesn’t automatically mean judging it, it’s just data to me. This has made for some very interesting interactions over the years 😂 But I also believe that’s one of the more interesting things about deepening your relationship with yourself; the more honestly you’re willing to see yourself, the more nuanced your perception of others becomes too. #intuitive #innerknowing #selfawareness #seeingbeyond #sensitivesoul
