The Endangered Species Act has protected America’s most vulnerable wildlife for more than 50 years. Now, a Trump administration rule has removed a longstanding regulatory definition of “harm” that included habitat destruction. Endangered species need their habitat to feed, breed, shelter, and survive. Congress needs to hear from us.
