Why it worked
The video uses a satisfying 'before and after' transformation mechanic that highlights the creator's skill while showcasing the app's interface in a natural, non-intrusive way.
Summary
The creator uses the Procreate app to redesign a character, changing a goat-like creature into a dog-like centaur. The video demonstrates the digital painting process within the app.
Structure
- 1Initial character reveal
- 2Selecting colors in Procreate
- 3Drawing and painting the new design
- 4Final character reveal
Product placement
Procreate (a) ACTS: the interface is operated to edit the character's appearance, including color selection and drawing tools. Removing it would change the video as it is the tool used to perform the edit.
