So I don't really follow acquired style much but I know it was her wedding this weekend and everyone is hating on her dress. Guys, her dress is so her. And I think this is where we've lost the plot with weddings and personal style, honestly. Everyone raves about how she should have her own personal style and everything should be curated to you, but then someone curates something to themselves and makes a decision not based off of the approval of others, but their own personal taste. And I mean, all hell break broke loose. That dress on a hanger, I'd be like, yeah, acquired style. On her, I'd be like, yeah, this is her dress. Her taste. So everyone's saying that it's ugly or it's this or it's that or they expected something bigger, better. It's because she didn't pick that dress based off of the approval of an audience. She picked that dress because she genuinely loves that dress and that is her style and you can tell by the reaction of everyone else. Cheers to sticking true to your personal style. She looked stunning and that dress is her.
