110k followers later, these are the best export settings I've found myself using for my TikToks. It's more forgiving nowadays, but as long as you have good lighting and film in 4K, you can produce some really solid footage even at 1080p 30fps, which is the standard. Just please don't blind people with HDR, ya know. Remember, garbage in, garbage out - you can't save bad footage even with the right export settings.
