A narcissistic person can go through people like they’re disposable. New relationship. New friends. New audience. Same pattern. At first, every new person hears the story about how everyone before them was toxic, crazy, jealous, or abusive. And for a while, they believe they’re the exception. Until eventually they become the next villain in the story. Because when someone refuses to take accountability, replacing the people around them doesn’t fix anything.
