Heat and the sun can cause tremendous swelling for lipedema legs. I’ve been doing my best to minimize this by staying active in the pool, walks, massages, rest, calf raises, ankle pumps, hydration, and legs up the wall. It seems like a lot because it IS a lot. Caring for lipedema can be challenging, and that’s why I simply can’t do all the things daily, but this week I’m doing my best! #lipedema
