With my wonderful green beans, my training becomes something I am so passionate about💚 With my training process, I was so blessed with the best barista trainer who walked me through every coffee, every step on how to be a great barista and was so educated which isn’t always the case with every trainer and why I’m super grateful for my barista trainer and training experience. When I train not only do I encourage mistakes, because how could we learn if we don’t make mistakes! We’re all human💚 but reassurance that Starbucks is not easy in the beginning but you will get better with patience and grace for yourself, and TIME✨ While I train not only am I teaching standards of beverage building and routines but I always explain why and what it should be and why that’s the case! I want my green beans to be the most informed and educated. Education is so important not only in your workplace but it takes you so far in life🥹 Yes my green bean made a dot on her flat white but it was a little too big, instead of saying wonderful job! I said here is what is perfect and here is what we want for next time and continued to practice the flat white after I recorded, and she made a perfect flat white and now is educated on every step. When your training is informative and successful, the job becomes successful and the job becomes enjoyable💚 and I want to always create that environment for all my partners and all my new green beans🤭 #starbucks #tobeapartner #starbucksdrinks #training #barista
