SO

So I went house hunting today and the rental market is legitimately cooked. The agents are so dismissive and they probably had an absolute gut full of. I mean, I'm, I'm three inspections in and I'm at, I'm at my wit's end already. And then, uh, there's seven or this one actually stank and, oh, it's been deep cleaned today. We have a very different idea of what deep clean means. But anyway, no aircon, no screens on the windows. It's like $600. It's at the lower end of my budget. It stank because the carpets were wet. There's like seven or eight other people looking and then there was this like semi, like really nice looking normal guy in his 30s. I thought he's an adult. He's got a job. He probably can string a whole because the other thing you're competing bundles of young people who are obviously gonna split the rent cause it's fucking cooked the prices. So I say, hey mate, he's like, name's like good day Justin. So what the fuck? And he's like, oh yeah, this is the market sis. And I was like, this is so demoralizing. This is so hard. He's like, oh, it's worse than dating. He literally said, welcome to the cesspool. He's like, this and dating is a bane of my existence. He has to wade through shit day in, day out. A lot of self soothing. A lot of a lot of crash outs as well. Just letting you know.
