We're training for Hyrox Bangkok 2026. Training vlog. Yes we are okay sebenarnya guilty sikitlah sebab competition kitorang adalah next week. Tapi hari ni barulah kita orang dapat train together as a team but not only that kita orang hari ni decide untuk re strategize balik kita orang punya stations and ada changes in stations which is like kerja gila because we only have four days left untuk train before taper. Tapi takpe sebab I rasa macam kita semua akan finish wrong. I for some reason I just ada harapan babe sebab looking at semua orang punya history each of us memang aktif and ada our own sports. Okay for example I you guys memang dah tahu I buat extreme sports. @unnieqin is a gym goer and runner. Ira do Muay Thai and @elisyasandhaofficial is insane. I'm just glad and grateful yang I pair dengan dia orang for this debut and I would say doing this relay with them really taught me yang choosing the right people in competition and partnership is very very important. So if you're seeing this take this as a sign to just do the hard things and just be a little bit crazy. You only live once. Okay bye.
