Hi Rox New York is finally here. Good luck to all you racers that are happening this weekend. I hope you hit your PRs. Ultimately the weather looks like it's in your favor. So good luck just have fun. You are racing outdoors on the amazing Pier 76. If you guys have any questions, drop them in the comments. Things that I've heard so far, of course, the high rocks sled push, sled pulls, it's six links down back down back down and back. And then I believe also the check-in. Check-in is across the street. So make sure you follow the maps and all the directions. Hyrox is very efficient. So they drop all the news, check the website to be up to date with all the news that they got going on that weekend.
