I bump heads with people because I speak up. I'm not a yes man. If I think something is wrong, I'm gonna say I disagree. You're gonna know. Too many people trade their honesty for acceptance. Fit in than they actually believe. But not me. Speaking of truth cost me the room, room go. Because I noticed something. The people who get uncomfortable when you speak up, usually benefited from you staying quiet. I'm not disrespectful. Afraid of uncomfortable conversations. I'd rather lose access for telling the truth than keep access by living a lie. Makes me difficult, so be it. I've never confused being liked with having integrity.
