NINJA SLUSHi OWNERS — CHECK THIS AREA

🚨 **NINJA SLUSHi OWNERS — PLEASE CHECK YOUR MACHINE.** I need other Ninja SLUSHi owners to look at something. While washing and drying the vessel on my machine, I noticed **dark/black residue inside a very narrow seam along the back rim of the vessel.** The problem? **I cannot physically get into this area to clean it.** I've tried a cloth, Q-tip and other gentle methods to reach it. I contacted Ninja, and the representative instructed me to soak the vessel in **vinegar and water.** I've now done that multiple times — and I'm currently soaking it AGAIN — but the dark residue is still trapped inside that inaccessible seam. My machine is only about **two months old.** I'm not claiming to know exactly what this substance is, because I haven't had it tested. But whatever it is, **I cannot remove it from a part of a food-and-beverage vessel that I can't access.** And that concerns me. So I'm asking other Ninja SLUSHi owners: 👉 **PLEASE go look at the back rim/seam of your vessel.** Use a flashlight if you need to. Mine was extremely difficult to see until I was washing and drying the vessel and happened to notice it. **Do you have anything dark trapped inside that seam too?** If you do, PLEASE comment and let me know. If you don't, tell me that too. I genuinely want to know whether this is isolated to my machine or whether other owners simply haven't noticed it.
