Supersets unvaulted? Oh, oh, you got to explain why you're doing chest flys and hamstring curls. Supersets are underrated. And, you know, the thing is, so many of you got caught up in maximalist and how optimal you are and then, oh, I'm so much better because I isolate. Dude, you can't even comprehend why supersets are the perfect thing to do. The other day people are asking me why I'm doing a chest fly along with my hamstring curls. Mind you, the chest fly is right beside the hamstring curls, by the way. So I do my warm-up set with the chest fly, working set with the hamstring curl, working set with the chest fly, working set with the hamstring curl. Oh, you got to explain why you're doing chest flys and hamstring curls. For what? Does supersets only can only be biceps and triceps? Can it only be chest and back and only be front delts and rear delts? Oh, no, you've never seen chest fly and hamstring curl before. What if I do quad and biceps? How's that a problem? Can you actually explain why that's a problem? Or you just think it's because you've never seen it, so it's like, oh, this isn't right to do. Does anybody explain that? What is what is wrong with supersetting? Big bro. Supersets are unvaulted. Did you hear what Elijah Monty said? Listen to yourself. Think. Did anything change? No. But then why is he doing supersets and saying that it isn't a negative thing? You press the little button on his post where there's a caption, and he says that he rests in between his sets. So it really isn't a superset. Hope this helps. Hope this helps.
