If you think African curls are gonna blow up your biceps, I got some bad news so what even are African curls. It was an exercise that was created on TikTok earlier this year that combines your hammer curls with bicep curls. The pros are the name sounds cool, it gives you a really good pump and hits your brachialis, brachioradialis and biceps at the same time. The problem is you're only half hitting your brachioradialis and half hitting your biceps. If you're on a time crunch, this exercise is good. However, if you want the biggest arms you're gonna want to do a set of biceps and take a break and do another set of hammer curls instead of doing them both at the same time.
