I found something in the Trader Joe’s freezer that fans are already calling an 11 out of 10 and I had to grab it immediately. Mango Sticky Rice is brand new at Trader Joe’s, made with a supplier in Thailand to keep it as authentic as possible. Two servings of perfectly ripe mango cubed on coconut infused glutinous sticky rice, with two packets of fried mung beans to sprinkle on top for crunch. Microwave for 50 seconds and it is ready and has two servings, available year round. Stores are receiving very limited stock so grab it fast. Taste test coming next, follow so you don’t miss it.
