Chewy Thai Coconut Cakes are brand new for September, made in Thailand following an authentic recipe. Known as Kanom Dok Mai, flower sweets, these flower shaped, bite sized cakes are made with coconut milk, tapioca starch, purple sweet potato and ube for their naturally rich purple color.
