TW seizure footage 💜 15 Aug 2025 On this day I could feel the seizure Coming, very hot, sick Version none and headache So pop my glasses off Trying keep control of my breathing And just trying not think about it This was a Rough seizure Seizure started Was trying So hard to Stop it from happening But it was out Of my control nothing I could do I just had to Let the seizure happen Nothing I could do We have got This together No one is Alone I record for awareness And to help others and my Consultant and nurse So they can see Have a clear image of my seizure And my epilepsy, it's hard and not easy To film and post But I will do anything to Get the message out there for Epilepsy/ seizures has not enough education Any questions You may have please Comment I will try my best to Answer best way has I can
