This is actually perfect. This is the perfect sandwich. This is part 26 to the YEG-wich Hunt. Where I'm on the hunt to try every sandwich in the city of Edmonton to determine who has the best sandwich. In the hot seat today, we have to lip sandwich shop and this is just on 95th Street. I ended up picking up the babe and this runs for $18. I have not checked what is inside. So let's open this up together. Oh, that looks So delicious. Oh, I'm so excited to try this. Cheers. Oh my god. Whoa. I don't know what kind of sauce is on here. Like a creamy creamy pesto. This sandwich has a top spot. Just after a couple bites, I know that this is a top five sandwich. This bread is so good. And there's fresh basil in here. Oh my god. I don't think that I have any is phenomenal. The pesto like sauce is super flavorful. The cut the cheese has that lemon zest to it. The bread, the focaccia is honestly perfect. The mozzarella's high quality mozzarella and arugula makes it so fresh. Like this is such a good well rounded sandwich. Oh, and then there's pistachios too to add an additional crunch. This is so good. I have been trying so many incredible sandwiches across the city over the last several weeks. But this is one of those sandwiches that knocks it out of the park. Literally everything is perfect. If there's a sandwich you drive out for, that's one of them. Yes, it's $18. It's not a giant sandwich, but trust me when I say the quality is top there. Wow, I'm speechless. That is so easily a top five sandwich. Like perfection.
