I went down the rabbit hole on the Lindsay Clancy trial stipulations… and the wording matters. 👀 In an April 2, 2026 filing, the defense said Lindsay was willing to stipulate to “her involvement in the underlying conduct” resulting in the deaths of her children—but this was connected to Reddington’s request for a bifurcated trial. That request was denied. We know separate stipulations were entered during the actual trial, but I want to know: What EXACTLY was stipulated to and read to this jury? Did she stipulate that she committed the acts causing the deaths—or were the trial stipulations limited to forensic/evidentiary facts?
