If I needed 4,000 watch hour in YouTube, before 2027, I'd do these..... if I had zero watch hours on YouTube and I needed to hit 4,000 watch hours before 2027 this is exactly what I'm first of all I'm going to understand the maths because that would make it more better to understand and more achievable in my head so 4,000 watch hours is close to 240,000 minutes *240,000* if across your long form videos a viewer watch an average of six minutes per view that means I need roughly 40,000 views to make 4 ,000 watch hours and this 40,000 views can come from multiple videos in my channel so understanding that makes it better the first thing I'm going to do is I am going to create content clusters that means I'm going to create several connected videos around one in my niche this is so that people can binge on my channel from one video they can connect and watch another video like that that is treating one main topic second thing I'm going to do is I'm going to create one good long form video every week instead of rushing to long form videos every day I'm going to calm down and create at least one good long form video that it's about 12 minutes to 20 minutes and I'm not going to guess the topic I'm going to test with YouTube shorts if the video performs well that's going to be my next long form video and the third thing I'm going to do is I'm going to obsess over the first 10 seconds of my video because that means everything if the first 10 seconds of your video it's not attractive it's not keeping people that means your hard work have just gone to waste right SO the idea of my first 10 seconds is to get people to stay so I'm going to make like put something in the first 10 seconds that will make them stay and remember a good hook doesn't answer a question it creates one and then the fourth thing I'm going to stop doing is to obess over views alone really watch time is what take for instance a 10,000 views with an average of 2 minutes watch will give you about 300+ hours right well a 10,000 view with an average of 8 minutes will give you about 1,300 hours if I'm focusing on the second calculation that means I need just four videos to hit 4,000 watch hour I know it's better said than done but it is doable let me know if you're going to be trying this save this video because you're going to need it
