Alabama is a bully. Act school delay licence. Excuse me, does algebra have to do with the DMV? If you have kids in Alabama, you need to know about Taylor's Law. Because starting at 13 years old, school discipline can start following your child outside of schoolhouse. It works like a point system. In school suspension, you get 1 point per day. Out of school suspension, you get 2 points per day. If you end up being sent to alternative school, you get 6 points. And if you're expelled, baby, they're gonna throw 20 points up on the scoreboard. And every point could mean another week before your child gets their learner's permit or their driver's license. Alabama, gracious, bless their hearts. If a student goes one full school year without receiving points, their points will be reduced by half. If a student goes two school years without receiving points, all points are removed. I just school become a grocery rewards program? Repeatedly acting out, asking, shouldn't somebody be asking why? Instead, we're taking punishment portion of a child's life and spreading it over to another portion. School becomes punishment, which become employment punishment. That's how pipelines get built. Not pipe, just one little connection at a time. So y'all tell me, what does school behavior have to do with not drive? Did Alabama doing this?
