UNDERRATED PARADISE IN THAILAND 🇹🇭⬇️🏝️🌺 This is… The Similan Islands! 🇹🇭 Located off the west coast of Thailand. With gorgeous crystal-clear turquoise waters, powdery white sand, and world-class scuba diving 😍🐠 ⚠️ The marine park is strictly open only from October 15 to May 15 to allow nature to recover ⚠️ 💾 SAVE this for later because you’ll definitely want to add these Islands to your itinerary! ✨ You can visit as a day trip from both of these locations … 📍KHAO LAK 🌴 (the closest option) or 📍PHUKET ⛵️(slightly longer day trip) We spent the day island hopping around this incredible national park and honestly… it was one of our favourite boat trips in Thailand 🥹 WHAT TO EXPECT?
🏝️ Visit some of Thailand’s most beautiful beaches
🐠 Snorkel in incredibly clear waters with colourful marine life — with a high chance of spotting turtles! 🐢
🤿 Explore some of the area’s famous snorkelling spots
🥾 Climb the viewpoint at Donald Duck Bay for those iconic island views
⛵️ Spend the day travelling between the islands by speedboat ⚠️IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: ⚠️ 
🚫 The Similan Islands are currently CLOSED for their annual seasonal closure.
📅 REOPEN - 15th October 2026 and are generally open until 15 May each year.
☀️ The best time to visit is during the open season, when sea conditions are generally calmer.
🎟️ Entry is regulated and visitor numbers can be limited, so booking your tour in advance is a good idea.
