Carefully shaving away the thickest, most painfully matted layers of fur. As the clippers slowly work around his neck and body, giant clumps of filthy fur finally fall off from unbearable weight. Throughout this intense process, he stayed amazingly calm, like giving him a second chance at life. Then came the moment that made it all worth it.
