every one of these took me years to start and about a week to get used to. that's the whole regret. not that they were hard. that I waited. When I first said out loud that I wanted to get stronger, someone laughed and said "at our age?" She was fifty. I think about that more than I should. Nothing on this list is difficult. All of it is just early — and early is the only part you can't buy back later. So, in the order I'd start them again: 🔋 NMN — the first thing I added and the only one I've never dropped. NAD+ is what your cells run on and it falls as you age. Less of it means the same repair work happening every day with less to work with. NMN is the precursor I take to keep topping it back up. First thing, empty stomach, no protocol, no cycling. (the exact one I use is in my bio 🧬) 🏋🏻♀️ lifting — the one I resisted longest and regret most. I spent my forties running myself smaller. Two years of picking heavy things up did more for my face than any serum I've owned, and nobody warned me those were connected. ☀️ sunscreen on my neck, my chest and the backs of my hands. Not my face. I'd been doing my face since I was thirty. It's the three places I skipped for twenty years that actually tell people how old I am. 🍽️ eating enough. I was quietly under-eating from about thirty-four. Every problem I blamed on age got better within a year of stopping. 🧠 not waiting to feel like it. I used to start things on Mondays, in January, when I felt ready. I have started every good habit I have on a random Tuesday while unenthusiastic. You're not behind. You haven't missed the window. And starting late still beats the version where you don't. If you want all of it — every routine written out in order, morning to night, plus the parts that never fit in a caption — that's my Ageless Blueprint. It's in my bio. And don't worry, it's free. I'm not a doctor. I'm the woman who did the reading and then actually did it. #agingwell #skincareover50 #nmn #midlifewomen
