I spent my forties thinking I'd left it too late. I hadn't — except for about five things. Almost everything works whenever you start. Lifting weights works at eighty-seven. That's not a figure of speech, it's a real study. But a few things have a window, and nobody mentions them until you're past it. The five I'd go back and start at forty: - NMN, first thing every morning. NAD+ drops as you get older and this is the precursor I take to top it back up. The one i use is linked in my bio. - Lifting properly. Not classes — weight that actually goes up. - Protein like it mattered. I ate like a thirty-year-old and then wondered why my shape changed. - Asking about the hormone window early. It's under 60, or within ten years of menopause. Nobody volunteers that. - Drinking less. It hits sleep, hot flushes and bone all at once, and it's the one I resisted longest. Everything else on my list can wait. Those five can't. I'm not a doctor. Just the friend who did the reading. If you want my full routines and exactly how I do them, the Ageless Blueprint is in the link in my bio — free. #womenover40 #womenover50 #perimenopause #AgelessBlueprint
